Elder Home Share enables families to connect with potential matches, interview candidates and then when a companion has been chosen and accepts the match we do a character reference check on the companion click here to view or process on our Homeowner FAQ page. Elder Home Share will check in with both the next of kin of the homeowner and the home share companion with a call at the end of week one and then again at the end of the trial month to see how the match is going. We will then reach out on a monthly basis for the duration of the match via email and with an opportunity to schedule a check in call.
