The information we collect on our forms are solely for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of homeshare companions with home owners. It is also important for us to collect these data in order to go through initial vetting process. We use the provided email address to contact respondents if there is homeshare opportunity.
The information is collected through Google Forms and is only accessible to employees of Elder Home Share. If you wish to remove your details from our database, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For a confirmed match, we collect more information that we can use to carry out more in depth vetting process. All information are stored in our database online and offline. We store these data unless the match has ended. Once the match is over, owners and resident can request to have their information deleted or stored for future opportunities.
